I’m Natalie, a dietitian and personal trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. I take a non-diet, inclusive approach to health, helping people build sustainable habits that support both body and mind. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), nutritionist, and fitness coach, I empower clients to focus on what their bodies can do, improving health for the long term.
